• 2.3 By using the Company’s advertising services, the Client agrees to these terms.
• 2.4 Signing an order form confirms acceptance of these terms.

3. Company Responsibilities

The Company offers comprehensive advertising services but reserves the right to modify or decline submitted materials to comply with advertising regulations and legal requirements.

• 3.1 While the Company strives to provide continuous and error-free services, it does not guarantee this and is not responsible for access issues caused by third-party failures or client-side technical problems.

4. Liability

• 4.1 The Company is not responsible for any delays, expenses, losses, or damages resulting from the inability to deliver advertising services.
• 4.2 While the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of advertisement content, it will make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and correct errors.

5. Jurisdiction & Legal Validity

• 5.1 This agreement is governed by Estonian law, and all disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
• 5.2 If any provision of this contract is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain enforceable.

6. GDPR Compliance
